Subject Matter Expert in Airframe Stress Analysis

Credible. Reliable. Experienced.

Even a minor aircraft incident can result in fatality due to the altitude. For this reason we have made it our mission to make flying safer by applying our engineering expertise in the aviation world.

With a broad and deep understanding of structural and material failure, as well as a variety of other potential variables, we can investigate, create reports, mockups, animations, models, and drawings from engineering calculations, models, and drawings.

Our Difference

Armellino Engineering works with private law firms and insurance companies to establish the cause of aircraft failures. We inspect wreckage, evaluate evidence, identify responsible parties, and assist attorneys in devising a suitable legal strategy.

We perform engineering forensic investigations to evaluate airframe failures. There are countless variables in the case of an airline disaster including but not limited to static and fatigue failure, stress corrosion, intentional or inadvertent overload, improper maintenance and inspection intervals, material defects, and many other mechanical factors. We have extensive experience working with material test labs and can coordinate testing, design of experiments and write formal test plans and reports.

Few people have the expertise to understand the implications of each of these factors and the experience to be able to piece it all together. Our broad experience and deep understanding of aviation engineering allows us to provide honest expertise on pertinent legal matters.
